How to Order Fair Tickets

2. Pay For Tickets
Registrations cannot be processed without payment. Payment can be made using the following methods:

  • In Canadian funds payable to the Royal Agricultural Winter Fair
  • VISA, Mastercard, cheque, money order. No cash by mail please

3. What You Need to Know This
Register Early Please: Early registrations receive the Teacher's Kit and Group Ticket before the fair by mail. Late registrations must pick up the Teacher's Kit and Group Ticket at the "Will Call" booth at the entrance. Your choice of Fair Day can be assumed valid. (Exceptions will be notified by phone ASAP)

Large Groups are Welcome!: Please divide large groups (over 50) into smaller groups of 50 or less (1 bus load). Please submit a separate registration form for each small group (1 bus load). Each smal lgroup will receive a separate group ticket so they may enter the fair immediately upon arrival.

Student Extra Admissions Tickets: Please consider under-booking by up to 15 if you think some students may fail to attend. Single student admissions ($7.00) are available up to a maximum of 15 at the school entrance ticket booth. Single chaperon tickets ($4) are available at the school entrance ticket booth. Payment at the gate is by cheque or cash. No credit cards will be accepted at the gate.

Complimentary Admissions For Teachers/Organizers: One complimentary teacher/organizer admission will be provided per order for the teacher or group leader. Bus drivers are admitted free with proper identification.

Refunds: The deadline for registration cancellation is Friday October 20, 2000. After the deadline, refunds may be issued upon written request explaining special circumstances. All refunds will be issued as soon as possible after the fair. Generally, refund requests for less than 15 students will be discouraged. Please underbook by up to 15 if you thik some students may fail to attend. See "Student Extra Admissions Tickets", above.

Take Care of Your Group Ticket: Upon receipt of the registration form and payment, a single, large, yellow group ticket will be sent, indicating the name of the group, the number of peole it covers, and the fair date. Bring this group ticket with you to the fair. It is your ONLY admission. Photocopies will not be accepted. Altered tickets will not be accepted. The group ticket will be sent inside the Teacher's Kit.

Teacher's Kit: Upon registration and payment, a Teachers' Kit will be sent containing the group ticket and all information you need, to have an exciting, efficient and rewarding visit to the fair. Please read the Teachers' Kit thoroughly and share it with others in you groups. You are encouraged to photocopy any or all of the Teachers' Kit to distribute to chaperons and/or students.

Special Need and Special Education Groups: Small groups of less than 15 students do not need to register to receive the student price ($7.00). Small groups may buy up to 15 student admissions ($7.00) at the school entrance ticket booth.
